Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was definitely a mixed bag. On the one hand, the rooms were a vast improvement, quite cozy for two people, although they could get a bit too warm at times, especially at night. However, I found the separate bedroom arrangement to be a nice touch. On the flip side, the rooms felt quite basic and definitely too cramped for four people to comfortably stay in.
The hotel had well-equipped and very clean rooms, but they were tiny and required guests to take out their own bins to avoid a fine. The bedroom and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The service was kind and understanding of issues but unable to address noise problems. The location was great, just 2 minutes uphill to the slopes. The dining experience was decent but limited by kitchen capabilities. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had spacious rooms with 2 single beds, providing a comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the Manager. The location was excellent for accessing the ski slopes, though the noise from the fridge in the living room could be bothersome. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of high-quality food. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
The ski apartment was clean and tidy, with perfect facilities for what we needed, available at £514 for 3 nights. The one-bedroom apartment consisted of 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa in the living area by the kitchen. The location is great, just a short walk from the slopes, close to a multistorey car park, and near shops for food and drinks. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The dining experience was excellent with a great quality and variety of food. The facilities were top-notch, offering all we needed during our stay.
The apartments were filled, but at £514 for 3 nights, we were decently refunded for our issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, managing a cat. The location was good, providing access to ski slopes, but the noise from the fridge was disturbing during the night. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of fresh food orders. The facilities were satisfactory though improvements were expected for the price.
